How to access email in cPanel?

Once you have created your email accounts in cPanel you will want to access them. You do this by accessing Webmail. This can be done one of two ways.

Option 1: Direct URL

  • Your Webmail login can be found at https://yourdomain.com/webmail, making sure you replace yourdomain.com with your own website URL.
  • Here you will see the login screen where you need to enter the email address of the account you wish to view and the password you set when creating the email address, then click "Log in".
  • You will then be redirected to the cPanel Webmail dashboard and be presented with a number of email reader options such as Roundcube, Horde & SquirrelMail.
  • Simply click on the mail reader you wish to use and you will then be able to check your emails.

Option 2: Through cPanel

  • Your email addresses can be easily managed directly through your cPanel account. Simply login to your cPanel account and scroll down to the Email section.
  • Here you need to click on the "Email Accounts" option.
  • All currently created email addresses will be shown here. Now click the "CHECK EMAIL" button to the right of the email address you would like to check.
  • As above, you will now be redirected to the cPanel Webmail dashboard where you can select the email reader you wish to use and view your emails.
